Quick Thoughts on Dumb and Dumber To trailer(movie coming soon)

Before we get into the trailer, let’s first check out who’s behind Dumb and Dumber To. The Farrelly Brothers have returned to direct, but there are way more writers this time around, but then I’m sure the budget is bigger, too, and that’s what happens, man. Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels are both there, so we know we’re getting the Dumb and Dumber essence. Kathleen Turner is also in this movie for some reason, so that has my curiosity peaked – not to mention Rob Riggle… I just like Rob Riggle. But now, the trailer: does the movie look promising? The Jewel of the Nile (movie review)

The Jewel of the Nile is the sequel to Romancing the Stone, released just a year apart in 1984 and 85, respectively. This second film features Kathleen Turner, Michael Douglas and Danny DeVito all reprising their roles. Romancing the Stone (movie review)

Since I’ve been going through the Indiana Jones movies recently, this naturally led Dr. Girlfriend to introduce me to Romancing the Stone, a movie I’d heard of but never gotten around to watching when it was on its big TV run in the late 1980s.
