For real, Womans World?

Coffee prevents brain aging?  Drinking Starbucks (specifically Starbucks?) will make you lose weight?  Come on, Womans World…  I’d say, “you’re better than that,” but I guess we all know that’s not true.

what i ate: May 21, 09

BREAKFAST:
Orange, apple, 1 slice toast with tofutti cream cheese, drank water, 2 cups of coffee with soy creamer
LUNCH:
vegetarian burrito from Chipotle – black beans, guacomole, rice, tomato salsa, corn salsa, lettuce. this thing is huge, so no dinner was required. i like having a big lunch and a small dinner! on the other hand, i did get my snack on!
SNACK:
2 cookies, 2 mini pretzel logs, 4 dried apricots, 1 99 cent bag of sun chips

what i ate: May 20, 09

BREAKFAST:
Orange, apple, 1 slice toast with tofutti cream cheese, one cup of water, 2 cups of coffee with soy creamer
LUNCH:
fried tofu on salad with hearts of palm, artichoke and soy beans, drank water
DINNER:
frozen pad Thai from whole foods house brand, drank water
SNACK:
dried appropriates, drank powdered gator aid and water

no pretzels or cookies yesterday… LAME! Didn’t really have time, worked a lot in the yard after i came home from the office.
