Stop asking me to sign in to Facebook or Twitter for EVERYTHING!

facebookI am completely and totally sick of every single website on the internet asking me to sign in to my Facebook or Twitter account to do the slightest thing.  I can’t even sign a petition concerning animal rights without being prompted to log in to a stupid social network I don’t even know why I still belong to in the first place.  (cough-marketing this websitecough)  The simplest of operations now requires a linking of databases, accounts, usernames and who the hell knows what… it’s ridiculous.  I just want to take care of my business quickly and efficiently (which is the single greatest advantage the internet has over traditional means), and it shouldn’t require a satellite hook up!  I don’t want to share every damn thing or give these networks additional information for them to continually quantify the advertisements they post in face.

Grrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!
