It’s not an anti inflammatory drug yo.
And to answer Jamie’s question, Tylenol is the name brand for acetaminophen. It’s an analgesic aka pain reliever.
It’s also an antipyretic aka fever reducer. It raises the pain threshold by blocking neuro receptors in your brain. So pain is still there, you just don’t feel it.
The pharmacology on it as a fever reducer is more complicated.
